Hypnosis for relaxation has been used for many, many years, and some clients love to just come and chill - often telling me it is the only chance they have to totally let go and just be! And it is amazing just how much clearer things seem once you have stopped letting your thinking get in the way.
You can book weekly, monthly or just ad hoc sessions - there is no right or wrong. Although if we have been working on a phobia, it is sometimes useful to have the follow-up session no more than 10 days after the initial meeting.
